Madhya Pradesh chief minister Mohan Yadav ordered a ban on unregulated use of loudspeakers in religious and other public places.
Later, the first cabinet meeting chaired by him sought a ban on the sale of meat in the open.
In his order, the chief minister instructed that there should be strict enforcement of sound pollution rules regulating loudspeakers in the places of worship and other public places in the state.
As per the order issued by the state secretariat, there should be no restrictions on regulated and controlled use of loudspeakers in the religious and other public places under permissible decibel
