Stephen Raveendra, IPS., Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad have convened a meeting with all DCsP, ACsP at the Cyberabad police commissionerate today. In view of forth coming nomination process scheduled from 03.11.2023 to 10.11.2023, the CP, Cyberabad has appointed ACsP as Nodal officers cum In-charges for Nomination Centers. He instructed the Nodal officers to arrange four layered security at the Nomination centers. The traffic wing were instructed to exercise the necessity of traffic diversion points and to take steps accordingly. The officers were instructed to maintain co-ordination with concerned ROs with regard to the permissions issued for Rallies and meetings and offer remarks on the first comes first serve basis.
The CP Cyberabad had emphasized the necessity of strict implementation of guidelines for nomination process issued by the ECI. He also reviewed the enforcement work being done and instructed to conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections in the check posts to curb illegal transportation of money, liquor, drugs, freebies and precious metals. Also addressed the gathering and reiterated the legal provisions to be followed against the violators of MCC. It was instructed to focus more in the Critical Polling Locations and utilize the services of CAPF effectively to build the confidence among the general public to cast their vote freely.

Narayan Naik, IPS., Joint Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Cyberabad, DCP Balanagar Sri Srinivasa Rao, IPS., DCP Shamshabad Sri K. Narayana Reddy IPS., DCP Medchal Sri Shabareesh IPS., DCP Rajendranagar Sri R. Jagadishwar Reddy, DCP Madhapur Sri Gone Sandeep, DCP Election Cell, Cyberabad Sri Ashok Kumar and ACsP / Police Nodal Officers for Assembly Constituencies have attended the meeting.
