These days Minorities are going against MIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi who is the MP of Hyderabad. Earlier there was a talk that MIM contested for the sake of BJP to divide the votes of the Congress party across the Nation.
Now the Muslims of Telangana do not want to vote for the BRS entirely on the orders of the MIM. They are not against the BRS, but they do not want to take the diktats of Owaisi as such.
Now the BRS is planning to directly reach out to the Minorities and in fact, BRS did a lot for the welfare of the Muslims in Telangana.
There is also a talk that Owaisi this time is not entirely with BRS and he has eye on the Congress party also. If Congress comes to power MIM will support the Congress also.
Owaisi has appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to make efforts to see that a humanitarian corridor is opened in Gaza so that people can get relief and a ceasefire is announced. He spoke to reporters after addressing a public meeting on Monday night organised at the AIMIM headquarters here “in protest against the atrocities of Israel in Palestine”.
