Amidst exuberant cheers of the Warangal crowd, KTR said that BRS was the ‘A team’ of the people of Telangana and not B team to any party.
Stating that the welfare schemes and development programs reached every doorstep, KTR appeared to the people to cast their votes in favor of BRS and make KCR a hat-trick CM. “Vote for BRS if you benefited out of our welfare schemes,” said KTR.
Highlighting the welfare schemes of the BRS government, KTR said that CM KCR in the past nine years had introduced farmer-friendly schemes such as Rythu Bandhu, and Rythu Bheema, and supported weaker sections by introducing the Kalyana Lakshmi program, distributed KCR Kits.
Talking about the pension schemes, KTR said, “CM KCR increased the pension amount from Rs. 200 to Rs. 2000. While Congress gave pensions to 29 lakh people, BRS Govt is giving pensions to 46 lakh people.” He added that CM KCR will soon announce the pension amount which will astonish people.
Highlighting the inclusive and secular nature of BRS, KTR said that CM KCR does not show discrimination on the grounds of region, religion, and caste. He added that the Hindus, Christians, and Muslims were given gifts by the Telangana government for Dusserah, Ramzan, and Christmas.
KTR said that CM KCR had set up 1001 Gurukula schools in the state and 206 of these schools were for minorities. He highlighted that the Government of Telangana was paying a monthly honorarium for Imams and Muezzins in the state, similar to the salaries paid to pujaris in temples. He stated that only a visionary leader like CM KCR could introduce and implement a revolutionary program like Dalitha Bandhu.
Highlighting the appalling conditions in the State in Congress rule, KTR stated that public representatives feared venturing into villages in summers during congress times as people protested on roads with empty pots, demanding drinking water. “Congress is asking for one chance, but the people have given 11 chances where they couldn’t prove themselves,” KTR said.
Talking about BJP leadership, KTR said that Kishan Reddy was someone who ran away to the USA when asked to resign from his post during the Telangana movement. “Don’t trust such people,” he added.
KTR said that PM Modi increased the prices of gas cylinders from Rs. 400 to Rs 1200, petrol prices from Rs. 70 to Rs. 110, and ensured skyrocketing prices of other essential goods. “
Whoever received Rs 15 lakh in their accounts can vote for BJP and whoever received Rythu Bandhu money, benefited from welfare schemes can vote for BRS,” said KTR.
