Sri Tulasi Mahatmya Utsavam will be observed in Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple in Tirupati on July 30.
On the auspicious day of Suddha Dwadasi, this festival will be observed.
In the morning Sri Govindaraja will take a celestial ride on Garuda Vahanam along the temple streets.
Later Asthanam will be performed where in archakas will recite Tulasi Mahatmyam Shlokas and episode. Sri Srinivasa Chaturveda Havanam is all set to take place in one of the most renowned pilgrim centres in the country, Varanasi from July 28 to August 3 by TTD.

Sri Venkateswara Institute of Higher Vedic Studies Dr Vibhishana Sharma is supervising the arrangements for this religious fete.As a practice, in order to undertake cleaning works and civil repairs of Swamy Pushkarini in connection with ensuing brahmotsavams scheduled in September and October this year, the Srivari Pushkarini will remain closed from August 1-31 for cleansing purpose.
