Sri Srinivasa Chaturveda Havanam is all set to take place in one of the most renowned pilgrim centres in the country, Varanasi from July 28 to August 3 by TTD.
Seeking the divine intervention to ward off the evil forces, natural calamities and bestow prosperity and health in the lives of people, TTD is observing this seven-day fete with versatile Vedic pundits.
Sri Venkateswara Institute of Higher Vedic Studies Dr Vibhishana Sharma is supervising the arrangements for this religious fete.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for pre-degree and degree courses at TTDs Sri Venkateswara Oriental Degree College.
For two-year pre-degree courses in Sanskrit, Telugu and Hindi,18 years old candidates with SSC or equivalent exams are eligible.
Similarly for three-year courses in Sanskrit, Telugu and Hindi qualifications candidates with 21 years of age and pre-degree, inter or equivalent exams are eligible.“The TTD is not just a temple and is not just a place of worship but is a Centre for education, health, Vedic studies, spiritual activities, Annadanam and many more. When these kinds of holistic things are done by the temples, people visit in large numbers”.
