Under the leadership of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, the government’s efforts to provide development and welfare to all are yielding good results. In the same spirit, Arogya Telangana is shaping up to be leading flagship programs in the state in the implementation of health and family welfare schemes.

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the state government has made arrangements to conduct free medical check-ups for women through health centers.

Through this necessary tests are conducting for women in 8 categories and arrangements were made to provide free follow-up treatment to those diagnosed with the disease.

The State government has launched 100 Arogya Mahila Kendras in the state on the occasion of Women’s Day with the aim of making women’s health a blessing at home. Every Tuesday, women are being tested in these centers and measures are being taken to provide better treatment.

Basic diagnostic, cancer screening, micronutrient deficiencies, urinary tract infections, PID, PCOS, family planning, menstrual problems, menopause management, sexually transmitted diseases, body weight issues are being tested. For the prevention of malnutrition among women, necessary tests are conducted at health centers and medicines are provided free of cost.

Women clinics also conducting cancer screening tests, primary tests for suspects and those with symptoms and sent to referral hospitals for further treatment. The details of the patients who come to the women’s clinic are recorded in a special mobile App. Special help desk have also been set up.
