ED is violating the freedom of MLC Kavitha said Advocate and BRS General Secretary S Bharath. This morning he represented Kavitha at the ED office in Delhi for the questioning to be postponed.
He also added that the petition filed by Kavitha is pending in the Supreme Court. The petition is coming up on 24th. Bharath stated that he has submitted a set of dozen documents to the ED.
This is wrong and motivated fabricated by the ED he said. So far no notice or date was given for the questioning. Kavitha is well and there is no illness he explained.
The ladies must be questioned at home and that too before 6pm he stated. I take pride in representing Kavitha. This is completely illegal he explained to the media.
We will fight it out with legal process said Bharat. Bharat after submitting representation to the ED was escorted to the car by the police. Central Government is harassing Kavitha said Bharat.
The case in the Supreme court will be coming up on 24th. While media says she is not well, Kavitha says she is alright and has no health issues. So Kavitha will not be coming to the ED office today.
This is nothing but political vendetta claimed Bharat the Advocate who is also the Chairman for the dairy development corporation in Telangana.
