There are rumors that both Kishan Reddy the Union Minister and the BJP Chief Bandi Sanjay exuded confidence with the Home Minister Amit Shah that the BJP would come to power here in Telangana.
They had a chat of about two hours with the Home Minister here at the Airport as the flight was delayed due to a technical snag.
Some BJP leaders had the opportunity to talk to the Home Minister which is not possible on the regular basis. It is learnt that Shah was also confident of leading the BJP to power in Telangana.
Amit Shah last held a crucial meeting with the party leaders in New Delhi on February 28. According to sources, he expressed appreciation of the Telangana BJP leadership’s people’s outreach initiatives. He assured the party leaders that he would frequently meet them.
In order for the BJP to succeed in Telangana, party leaders must seize the opportunity and use all of their energy and force to forward the party’s agenda in the Assembly elections of 2023, he reportedly told the key leaders.
Over 21 core committee members, including leaders from Jagtial and Tandur, were invited to the CISF Raising Day event where Shah engaged with them yesterday.
But Shah must note that there is infighting in the party here and also they believe that BJP is hand in glove with the BRS. Some say that the BRS was started to divide the vote for the BJP and defeat Congress in the long run.
