Sri Arvind Kumar, IAS., Special Chief Secretary, MA&UD held a meeting with the Principal Secretaries, Secretaries and HODs on LAQs, LCQs, Special Mentions, Assurances at BRKR Bhavan today.
He directed to prepare replies on LAQs, LCQs, Special Mentions, Assurances for the ensuing Assembly Budget Session commencing from February 3rd.
He asked the officials to nominate a Nodal Officer for each department and co-ordinate with Assembly officials on submitting replies from the department. The officials were asked to inform the Assembly Business and issues raised by the Hon’ble members during the Zero hour and other related matters in advance. He also directed the Secretaries to ensure that senior officials are present during the sessions. Replies should be submitted on all the pending audit paras. Information on grants should also be given in view of the budget session and all the officers should be ready with full information.
Special Chief Secretaries Sri Rajat Kumar, Sri Adhar Sinha, Principal Secretaries, Secretaries and other officials attended the meeting.
