Jagan the CM of AP who is in Delhi for a different purpose in the name of attracting investments failed to get the appointment of Modi the PM and also Shah the Home Minister. Now that the Parliament is in session and the budget is to be announced on the first of February, Jagan may not get the appointment. Close sources with Jagan are of the opinion that he might gave gone to Delhi to talk about the case of Avinash in the name of Investment.
There is a talk that Avinash was cornered by the CBI in Hyderabad with the calls that he made to the people on the day of the murder of former MP Vivekananda Reddy.
Now the CBI is closing in on the real culprits who were evading the dragnet of the police and also the CBI for a long time. There was widespread talk that Jagan has been managing the CBI with the help of Vijay Sai Reddy.

The CBI has reportedly served notices to Naveen and one more person that Avinash used his phone to contact CM Jagan.
The agency has asked both Naveen and the other person to appear before the probe agency for further questioning in the case.
Today Jagan did not get the appointment and February being the budget day he will not get the appointment with the Home Minister.
