In Tirumala Goda Parinayam and Paruveta Utsavam will be observed on January 16.
In the morning, Andal Sri Goda garlands will be brought to Tirumala from Pedda Jeeyar Mutt in a procession and offered to the main deity inside the sanctum sanctorum.
Later in the afternoon Sri Malayappa Swamy along with Sri Krishna Swamy will reach the Paruveta Mandapam by 1pm. After the Paruveta Utsavam they reach the Tirumala temple at 6pm.
TTD has cancelled arjita sevas including Kalyanotsavam, Unjal Seva, Arjita Brahmotsavam, Sahasra Deepalankara Seva on that day.After almost a month, Suprabhata Seva resumed in Tirumala temple from Sunday onwards.
With the commencement of Dhanur Masam on the evening of December 16 last, Suprabhata Seva was replaced by Tiruppavai Pasura Parayanam in Tirumala temple from December 17 onwards.
With the completion of the holy Dhanur Masam on January 14, Suprabhata Seva resumed in Tirumala temple from January 15, Sunday onwards.TD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy and the TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy extended all the Telugu people and devotees of Sri Venkateswara Swamy a happy, healthy and prosperous Sankranti.
