In last lap of the continuous efforts to bring down the long appointment availability in submission of applications under Tatkal and Normal category passports and for Police Clearance Certificate, in Hyderabad (Ameerpet, Begumpet and Tolichowki), 01 each in Karimnagar and Nizamabad under RPO, Hyderabad, will function on Saturday, 24.12.2022.
– Full appointments both under Tatkal and Normal Category and PCC are being released.
The appointments released, are available for those who wish to reschedule/prepone and also to the new applicants.
– The applicants who are eligible under Tatkal category only should apply for Tatkal appointments. Tatkal applicants who are not eligible under Tatkal category will not be converted into Normal category at PSKs so as to make the Tatkal category appointments are available to only eligible Tatkal applicants 0n19th 23rd – Further, from to December every day 50 additional Tatkal appointments are released as a special. One Week Tatkal Drive”, so as to bring down the waiting time of Tatkal appointments.
– Applicants are informed that all rescheduled appointment slots because of the ongoing four special Saturday drives and the week long Tatkal drive are made available for users everyday in the web portal and can be booked now.
– Applicants are advised to refrain from approaching touts/brokers for scheduling/rescheduling their appointments, as they will be charging very hefty amounts.
Instead they can themselves schedule/reschedule appointments on their own.
