Minister Malla Reddy alleged that his son Mahendar Reddy was beaten up and was admitted to a hospital. Malla Reddy said that his son was crying because of mental torture by the IT officials.
Malla Reddy’s son Malla Reddy was admitted to a hospital as he was having mild chest pain. Malla Reddy clarified that they are not doing any illegal business.
He was ready to forego all his properties and said that he and his family should not be harassed. Malla Reddy visited his son in the hospital along with the IT officials.
The IT search will continue on Mallareddy and his family members for another three days it is learnt. Mallareddy charged that it is a political vendetta by the BJP Government.
The IT department was scanning the properties of Mallreddy for the last six months. The officers have been visiting Malla Reddy through a middleman in the name of buying lands.
They have identified that Malla Reddy empire has around three hundred bank accounts. Malla Reddy questioned if he was doing any illegal business or running a casino and said that he was doing nothing wrong.
The search on Malla Reddy properties is going on for the second day here in Hyderabad. Around two hundred officers are on the search job and it will go on for another three days.
