Is Prashant Kishore eyeing Bihar ? Yes, it looks like he has dropped the idea of becoming a national leader as Congress has rejected him.
Poll strategist Prashant Kishor scotched speculation on launching a political party and announced his plan to embark on a 3,000 km padayatra across Bihar.
It looks like he is going to oppose Nitish to take the gaddi in the long run. He is not in good terms with KCR who is ready to launch a new party at the National level.
Prashant Kishor, or PK, said he would meet several eminent personalities of Bihar in the next 3-4 months to build the idea of ‘Jan Suraaj’ that is good governance.
“I am not going to announce any political platform or political party today. I intend to bring together all those who want change in Bihar,” Kishor said. Bihar goes to polls next in 2025.
Kishor, who recently rejected an offer from the Congress to join the party, further said, “In next 3-4 months, I will meet many eminent persons of Bihar who can help build idea of ‘Jan Suraaj’ good governance and make them part of it.
I will embark on 3000 km ‘Padyatra’ across Bihar , Gandhi Ashram, West Champaran said Prashant.”
