There is news in Delhi that the profits from real estate and movies were invested in the liquor scam. A Hyderabad realtor who also has an interest in movie production was questioned by the ED in Delhi.
There is a talk that a TRS MP who was in Delhi talked to some BJP big guns for wriggling out of the liquor scam allegations. Some Congress leaders are of the opinion that the BJP and the TRS would come to an understanding over the scam and that the matter would be settled.
But the ED sleuths are continuing the probe and questioning. There are other links also to the scam which have not been identified and revealed by the Auditor who was questioned by the ED.
The leaders who were alleged to be involved in the scam said that they would come out of this risk in around ten days’ time. They have been visiting the Temples also seeking the blessings of the almighty.
There are rumours in Gandhibhavan that some Congress leaders are also involved in the scam. The General belief across the Telugu states is that both the TRS and the YSRC are hand in glove with the BJP so that they would be saved from questioning.
While Jagan did not talk against the BJP, KCR has been attacking the party and PM Modi left, right and centre. It will take some time for the ED to get the perfect evidence to fix the real culprits.
