My Home Rameshwar Rao has lost around fifteen crores with Jana Gana Mana as the project is shelved. The disaster called Liger gas forced Rameshwar to drop the movie directed by Puri Jagannath.
My Homegroup is also doing a joint venture with Allu Aravind called AHA the OTT platform. Rameshwar Son is looking after the media side and they have TV9 also.
AHA is doing well but the investment in the movie with Vijay Devarakonda has gone down the drain. It is reported that Vijay would do another movie for the My Home Group.
Taking all this into account, Rameshwar and his team have reviewed the investments that they have done in the media it is reported. AHA is doing well, but they have to make the right moves when it comes to investing in the movies.
Now that Rameshwar is not on talking terms with KCR and others in the Government, they are cautious with the investments in real estate also.
Now that Ambani and Adani are also coming up with new channels running the TV9 is also very difficult for the My Home Group. There are also rumours that Rameshwar Rao might join the BJP in the coming days.
Right now Rameshwar is building a green city on the outskirts of Hyderabad.
