Krishnam Raju could not achieve many of his dreams. He did not have a son and treated Prabhas as his son and said that he would take birth as the son of Prabhas.
There is talk that Raju told Prabhas about taking rebirth as his son in the future and wanted the Baahubali star to get married at the earliest. This was just before his death.
Bhakta Kannappa was his dream project with Prabhas by utilizing the latest technology and graphics. He also wanted to direct and produce the project.
Krishnam Raju had also planned a movie with Prabhas titled Okka Adugu the famous dialogue for Prabhas starrer Chatrapati. Krishnam Raju even roped in famous writers in the industry and wrapped up the script work, but the project never went on the floors.
The Rebel star, who is a hard-core fan of the Vishala Netralu novel, tried to make it into a feature film, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the project never materialized.
Being a BJP politician, Raju even worked as a central cabinet minister during the Vajpayee rule between 1999-2004.
Talking to media, Krishnam Raju expressed his desire to become a governor, but his dream is left unfulfilled.
Raju also planned to remake Mana Voori Pandavulu with Prabhas, but the project never took off. On the personal front, seeing Prabhas’ marriage was Krishnam Raju’s dream and the latest is that he wants take rebirth as the son of Prabhas.
