The TTD Chairman and others have suggested that the pilgrims must postpone the trip to Tirumala as it is overcrowded. Now that the Sarvadarshan is allowed without any token, pilgrims are coming to the Lord Balaji Temple in Tirupathi in large numbers.
The TTD management is trying its level best to arrange Darshan at the fastest possible time, but still, it is taking more than twelve hours. There is a shortage of cottages and accommodation for the pilgrims.
But other types of free accommodation are being arranged for the pilgrims. Last month the TTD has got collections of around one hundred and twenty crores in a single month which is a record.
This was for the first time they got more than a hundred crore in a month. Meanwhile, there are comments that the free food being provided on the TTD is of bad quality. It is not good.
The quality of the TTD laddu being sold at Rs fifty each is also filled with sugar granules and there is no aroma like before. As usual, it is going commercial and if you have money things can be arranged on the hill shrine.
