The new age people and youth must know the importance of the sacrifices made by the freedom fighters in attaining Independence for the country. By this fifteenth, we will be completing the seventy-five years of the Independence KCR explained.
The central Government has given a call for Ajadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. KCR launched the national Flag here as a mark of the launch of the festivities.
He reminded of the call given by Mahatma Gandhi for achieving Independence for the country. The celebrations must be done right from the street level he suggested.
The Ministers must take care of them in their respective areas he said. A lot has to be done in terms of the development of Telangana KCR suggested.
TRS secretary general K Kesava Rao, Chief secretary Somesh Kumar, DGP Mahendar Reddy were present on the dais. Ministers and other lawmakers were also present in large numbers at the HICC.
