Four Minors who were supposed to be involved in the Jubilee Hills case have been granted bail. But the son of MLA did not get the bail and he went on an appeal with the High Court.
Many of the people including some top advocates predicted that the youth involved in the rape case of a minor girl would come out scot-free and four of them have already been granted bail.
One of them is the son of the Wakf Board Chairman, one of them is related to a corporation and the other is a son of a MIM MLA, the MLAs sisters son is also involved.
As they are minors their identity and their names were not disclosed. Raghunandan the BJP MLA who brought the case into the limelight is now not bothered to follow up on the case.
The girl is an NRI and we do not know if she is still in Hyderabad. The media was instrumental in highlighting the issue for a long time but now no one is bothered about the follow-up of this case.
With the help of legal loopholes, the culprits are coming out one after the other. People, in general, are saying of Akbaruddin the MIM MLA can come out after taking openly against the Indians in a mike, anything can happen in this country in the name of no evidence.
