It looks like KCR the Telangana CM is trying to corner Revanth Reddy the TPCC chief from the backdoor.The TRS has supported Sonia Gandhi against the BJP in the parliament.
TRS Secretary General, K Kesava Rao signed the statement, which said they would jointly fight against the alleged harassment of the opposition leaders by the Modi government by misusing central agencies.
This is creating doubts in the minds of the Congress leaders in Telangana if KCR and Congress would join to fight the next elections in the state.
If this happens Congress will get only a few seats to contest as suggested by the KCR. TRS president and Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao made a tactical move to silence the Congress back home.
KCR will have the upper hand in the state. Revanth will have nothing but to fall in line with the TRS.
Though the TRS had earlier attended the meeting convened by Kharge, it was for a different purpose. But this time, it was in support of Sonia Gandhi.
Naturally, KCR’s strategy stumped Revanth Reddy who was putting up an aggressive posture against the TRS and KCR.
