Congress leaders have released black air balloons just before the two choppers of PM Modi flew from Gannvaram airport it is reported. It is a clear breach of security by the culprits and the failure of the police in general and the intelligence in particular.
Three bunches of black balloons were released by the agitators so that PM would see the balloons from the chopper. It was a pre-planned attempt by Congress to attract the attention of PM in the form of protest.
The police will file cases against the culprits. There was a chance of bird-hit-like incidents to the Choppers in case the balloons hit the chopper when he is in on-air.

Now the Congress leaders have to be identified and then arrested for releasing the balloons which are supposed to be a security breach. On the other hand, Hero Chiranjeevi felicitated Prime Minister Modi on the dais and Modi was seen congratulating the hero.
Union Minister Kishan Reddy took Chiranjeevi along with him to talk to Modi again near the car. Minister and actor Roja was also present at the function along with CM Jagan.
