There is a talk that Daggubati Venkateshwara Rao and his wife Daggubati Purandreswari the former Union Minister will join the TDP in the coming elections.
The family members want to come together to fight aginat the Misrule of the Jagan Government.
It may be noted that Purandeswari had quit Congress in 2014 and joined BJP. Since then, she hasn’t got due recognition in the party or the central government.
Meanwhile, her husband Daggubati Venkateswara Rao and son Hitesh resigned from YCP. If the Daggubati family comes back to the TDP fold, it is certainly going to make the party stronger in 2024.
It is reported that both Balakrishna and Chandrababu who attended some functions and festivals at Daggubait house mended the ways with them and convinced them to come back into the party fold.
The Daggubatis have agreed to the same. If Purandreshwari goes to TDP, it will be a big loss to the BJP in Andhra. There is a talk that Chandrababu is all set to field Purandreshwari against Kodali Nani from Gudivada.
