The legal system is further being strengthened in the country said, PM Modi. He was speaking to the CMs and CJs of the state at the Vignan Bhavan here in Delhi.
Technology has to be sued in the judiciary he said. Legal education must be imparted in a big way he suggested. The judiciary must also impart digital technology in the day to day affairs of the courts.
The local language should be imparted in the courts he said. The technical education and also the medical education should be imparted in the local language he opined.
This is also a kind of social justice he said. The common man should understand the judiciary system he suggested. The courts must be further strengthened from the Supreme court to the district court levels he said.
Mediation is one of the ways of resolving the issues out of the courts he suggested. The Government will take all steps in strengthening the judiciary system he said.
Technology and digitisation must also be used in the system of the Judiciary the PM suggested.
