Music was the USP for the movies Akhanda, Pushpa and KGF. But when it comes to the music of Acharya it is just Ok. Last night the launch function was held in Hyderabad, but no one talked about the music.
Manisharma did the music for the movie and he did not attend the song’s launch function. But the visuals and the story are good. Naturally, people would like to see the combination of Charan with his father Chiranjeevi.
These days the movie launches are done with music concerts, but here they have not done that. The music was not projected as the USP. Chiranjeevi is unhappy with the music of the movie, but nothing can be done now.
The fact that Manisharma did not come for the event shows it all. The movie was postponed from time to time and it will become a hit. But not like Pushpa and other movies which were super-duper hits.
The movie was supposed to be completed in 99 days, but it took more than two years. Sonu Sood is the main villain in the movie. Except for Neelambari there are no other catchy numbers in the movie.
The visuals are very good. Lets hope it becomes a hit.
