The people across the country are disappointed at the way the TTD serve failed to book the tickets for Arjitha Seva. The TTD has released Arjitha Seva tickets for the coming three months.
But so far no one is able to get the registration to enter the site for the booking of the lucky dip. This is the second time there is server failure for the TTD.
Earlier TCS was maintaining the IT services for the TTD. Now Reliance is doing the server maintenance for the TTD. So far there is no clarification from the TTD side on the failure of the server.
TTD PRO Ravi stated that he was not aware of the Technical glitch. Now the Board members have to come up with a new plan for the lucky dip of the Arjitha Seva tickets.
The TTD has been releasing tickets without taking the technical issues into serious account. The tech team of the TTD must evaluate the capacity of the server if it can take the traffic of this kind.
The TTD must depend on a right and credible technical partner for the server. jio of Reliance is a new player and it has no experience of this kind.
Reliance never had a good track record in any of the services it has been giving to the Nation. TTD must rethink the technical partner first.
