Perni Nani the Minister for Cinematography from AP said that the movies which invest more than a hundred crores can apply to the Government for raise in the ticket rates.
He was talking at the media point in the Assembly premises. This will be for the first ten days of that movie he explained. It will be evaluated on an individual basis he said.
The RRR moviemakers have applied for the hike in the ticket rates he announced. The investment of a hundred crores should be excluding the remuneration of the stars and actors he clarified.
RRR moviemakers have spent around three hundred and thirty crores they said. That means they have already earned profits on the pre-release business.
The Public must neet feel the rates as a burden and they must be reasonable he explained. Five shows are a common feature in the theatres on the regular basis he said.
But one small cinema must be exhibited out of the five shows he pointed out. The shootings in AP are being allowed free of cost he said. It may be recalled that the Producer of RRR Danaiah and director Rajamouli have met Jagan the CM in connection with the ticket rates of RRR.
Kodali Nani the Minister was present with RRR team in front of Jagan on the request of Junior NTR.
