High Court has suggested that the BJP MLAs should be taken to the Speaker so that the members can protect their rights that are participating in the Assembly proceedings.
It may be noted that the BJP MLAs were suspended by the speaker on the day of the Budget. They were suspended for the entire session and the motion of suspension was moved by Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav.
Later the BJP MLAs approached the court. The court tried to send notices to the secretary of the legislature but failed to hand over the notices.
Now the Secretary has been advised to see that the suspended MLAs meet the Speaker and resolve the issue so that they can attend the session.
The BJP MLAs were having apprehensions that they would be suspended and the ruling party also had apprehensions that the BJP MLAs would stall the proceedings.
