The Initial trends indicate that it will be BJP in UP. Congress and the AAP are taking Punjab. There are mixed results in Manipur, Goa and Uttarakhand.
Kejriwal taking Punjab is big news for the country. Now AAP becomes a national party. The Corona effect and also the so-called farmer’s rally did not work against the BJP.
The whirlwind tour of Modi with Yogi made all the difference apart from the welfare schemes and also mega projects. The ration grains and essential commodities given by the Government free of cost during the corona period to the poor people also helped the BJP get the required majority.
The BJP cadres are already celebrating the victory and the Congress is nowhere in the five states. The BJP will get more than two hundred and fifty seats in UP and Yogi is all set to be the CM again.
Now the ideas of the so-called third front will collapse and leaders like KCR will have to do a rethinking over the matter. Prashant Kishore the Poll strategist has already predicted that it is not easy to beat the mighty BJP.
The results were already predicted by the BJP top guns earlier. Yogi was very confident that they will come to power again and people liked his way of functioning.
The SP leaders and workers are still hopeful that some miracle would happen. Mayawati is nowhere in the scene.
