The Budget sessions in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh will begin today. Telangana Finance Minister Harish Rao is all set to present a budget to the tune of about 2.5 lakh crore.

Even in AP welfare schemes will take the majority of the budget allocations. The AP cabinet will meet after Governor Hari Bhushans address to the members.
