The YSRCP Government led by Jagan has got a severe Jolt from the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. The three capital theory will not work and the state has no power to do that the court ruled.
It is a slap on the face of the Jagan Government the farmers commented. The farmers have been agitating for the right for the last 807 days. But there are apprehensions that the Government may not take the judgement seriously in implementing it.
There is also a talk that the Government might to the Supreme Court to bring new legislation. The fight will continue for the development of Amaravathi the farmers explained.
The judgement is for the development of the five crore Andhra People some farmers said. Let Jagan go to the international court, the farmers will win the case they said.
Even Modi bowed and apologised to the farmers, Jagan must also change his mind for the welfare of the farming community they stated. The Government has no right to change or give any new legislations for Amaravathi the court ruled.
No office must be shifted from the Amaravathi the court suggested. The farmers today kneeled before the court and thanked the judges for giving the historic judgement as per the people’s aspirations.
