Lata Mangeshkar passed away today due to Covid-19 complications on February 6, 2022.
The veteran singer was 92. Mangeshkar was admitted to the ICU of Mumbai’s Breach Candy hospital on January 8 after testing positive for Covid-19, she was diagnosed with pneumonia. Sanjay Raut confirmed the news on his official Twitter account.
She started her career at the age of thirteen. Her sister Asha is also a singer. She was born in Indore. She has sung more than thirty thousand songs in her long career. She was awarded Bharata Ratna.
