Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has reached the North Block and she will be coming out for the photo opportunity. Nirmala will present the Union Budget 2022-23 in a paperless form for the second time on February 1.Nirmala will also meet the President of India Ramnath Kovind here at Rashtrapathi Bhavan and brief him on the Budget.
