Buggana the finance Minister is not seen around after the announcement of the PRC by the AP Government. Minister Perni Nani is fielding the questions from the unions and also the media regarding the PRC.
It looks like the Minister for Finance has messed up with the state Finances and Jagan is in deep trouble. The welfare schemes have taken away all the money and the coffers are empty.
The Government is on the brink of collapse when it comes to finances. Jagan is adopting all kinds of tricks to fill the coffers. Property Tax hiked, Liquor sold at higher rates, OTS for old houses, Tax on Garbage so on and so forth.
The corruption has gone up in the state and the Ministers really do not have any powers. Jagan has a number of advisors who in fact are misleading him.
Now the employees want the old PRC and they have decided to go on a strike in the state. They are now willing to talk with the CS. The CS talks with the employees have failed.
But Perni Nani is optimistic that the matter will be resolved amicably.
