6-lane 2 way Flyover at Balanagar for a length of 1km crossing Narsapur x road and Fathenagar junction which also includes the widening of the existing 30m wide to 45m wide duly developing service roads on either side.
Beautification of Tank Bund aesthetically with Granite flooring, replacement of existing railing with Ornamental railing, Street lighting, Benches, etc. attracting visitors for the quality relax time. The Necklace Road is also improved by laying VDCC road for a length of 6 km with footpath improvement, walkway lighting, etc.
Two Logistic Parks at Batasingaram in a area of 40 Acres and Mangalpally in an area of 20 Acres were taken up and completed and commercial operations wee commenced with One-Stop facility for Third-Party Logistic Operators duly providing Ware Housing, Dormitories, Parking, Fuel Station, Food Court, etc.
The illumination of ORR on Main Carriage Way with LED lights on Central Median for a length of 136 km and 15 Interchanges with Highmast lights, etc is taken up and completed to reduce the accidents and commuter comfort during the night time.
The Toll Managements with RFID System is taken up and completed for the faster, smooth and comfort Entry and Exit for the traffic.
Three FOBs at Uppal, AS Rao Nagar and IDPL Colony are completed and Two Skywalks at Uppal and Mehdipatnam duly providing elevated walkways are taken up and in progress for the movement of the pedestrian from each arm of the junction without intercepting the traffic and to provide direct connectivity to Bus Stops.
The Up Ramp and Down Ramps at Upperpally were taken up and completed facilitating the traffic movement to and fro to Mehdipatnam from the surrounding areas of the Upperpally. A Down ramp at Laxminagar which was contemplated originally which could not be taken up due to site constrains is taken up now and nearing completion for the traffic to reach faster to Jubilee Hills, Tolichowki, Gachibowli, etc.
The development of Infrastructure facilities at Kokapet named as Neopolis Layout in an area of 533 Acres are taken up and in progress with an International Standard facilities for highrise Buildings of multipurpose use. A trumpet across the ORR for faster connectivity from the layout to the ORR and Up & Down Ramps at Narsingi is also taken up and in progress.
Considering the dense growth along the ORR, the widening of the Service roads on either side from the existing 2-lane to 4-lane with divider is taken up and progress from TSPA Interchange to Kollur Interchange for a length of 46km.
For safety of road users and emergency care on ORR, the Trauma Care Centres (10 Nos.) along with advance life support system and Trauma care Centres at 6 locations are taken up and completed.
A model Crematorium for Hindu, Muslim and Christians at one place with dedicated area for each community to promote communal harmony is taken up and would be completed very soon at Fathullaguda with components of Electrical Crematorium, Cold storage, Prayer Halls and other facilities, etc.
The Urban Forest Blocks (16 Nos.) at various locations in HMDA area is taken up and nearing completion with plantation and picnic areas.
The Beautification of 20 Lakes is taken up in HMDA area inside ORR with Diversion of sewage, Main Bund strengthening and beautification, etc. The Trunk sewer line for a length of 5 km is taken up and completed diverting the sewage flows into three lakes in Badangpet Municipality and Balapur area including beautification.
The landscape beautification along the ORR is improved with aesthetic improvements at the Entry and Exit Ramps. The Drip Irrigation System is also taken up on Central Median and Site Shoulders for watering of Plantation and to avoid tanker movement for the entire length of 158 km of ORR.
The Landscape beautification of Park in an area of 10 Acres on the Bund side of Osmansagar is taken up and the work is in progress for opening to Public shortly.
The layout at Uppal Bhagayath in an area of 72 Acres as Phase-II is taken up and completed with bigger size plots for multipurpose use with wide roads for highrise Buildings. The proposals are also under way for the development of the balance area into the layout as Phase-III.
The improvement of the roads and other works in surrounding Municipalities such as Town road widening with Central Median lighting at Sanga Reddy Town, Bhongiri Town were also taken up and completed and Patancheru (Beeramguda) road work for a length of 5.20 km is in progress.
The development works in the surrounding municipalities in HMDA area with approach roads, drains for sewage disposal, lighting, etc were also taken up on the request of the Municipalities.
The HMDA is consistently planning for the infrastructure development and the projects in pipeline are such as improvement of road from Bachupally to Bowrampet via Mallampet with Entry & Exit ramps to ORR at Mallampet, landscape beautification parks in LB Nagar area, Eco Park at Kothwalguda, Night Bazar at Husasin Sagar, Layout at Uppal Bhagat, Approach roads to 2 BKH in HMDA area, Beautification of lake at Jalpally, Flyover on P7 road, NTR Marg beautification, Connectivity roads and links at Kokapet and other locations, Cable stay Bridge at Mir Alam Tank, Skywalks at other major junctions, Logistic Parks, Layouts, etc
