Past President of MAA Naresh stated that Vishnu Manchu will be winning the election with a big majority. This vote is for the terms of two years he explained.

474 votes were polled in the last election. The police resorted to a mild lathi-charge as the fans from all over Hyderabad went to Jubilee Hills to see the film stars who came for the voting.
Around 60 per cent polling is being expected by 2 PM. Some artists came out and announced they voted for Vishnu and some others said they voted for Prakash Raj.
