Keeping the third wave of Corona in mind, the producers of some big films have fixed the release for Sankranthi next year. Acharya is nearing completion, but Chiranjeevi and Ramcharan do not want to wait till Sankranthi.
Sankranthi is already having scheduled releases of some big movies like Sararu vari Paata and also Akhanda. The mega family is in confusion as to when they should go for the release of Acharya.
So the idea is to release the movie for Ciranjeevis birthday avoiding the completion from other movies.
Acharya got delayed due to corona for a long time. They wanted to complete the movie in 99 days but Corona stalled the proceedings. Koratala Shiva is the director and he has done a great job for Acharya.
Lahe Lahe song has already become popular. The story is about the going on in the endowment department. Ramcharan is also doing a full length character along with father Chiranjeevi.
They are doing the role of Naxals to cleanse the evils in the society. Right now Chiranjeevi and Ramcharan are waiting for the release in theatres.
Konidela productions under Ramcharan are producing the movie.
