The case regarding the cancellation of the bail petition of AP CM Jaganmohan Reddy has been posted to the 30th of this month by the Court in Hyderabad.

The CBI has sought more time for filing the arguments in writing. Raghuram Krishnam Raju the YSRC MP who filed the petition against Jagan and the Lawyer arguing for CM Jagan has filed the arguments in writing before the Court.

But the CBI could not file the arguments in writing. They stated that the Public prosecutor was not keeping well and sought some more time for the same.

The Court has posted the case for the 30th of this month. The whole country and legal luminaries apart from the people from the Telugu states are looking at this case.

It looks like the CBI is taking its own time to file the arguments. First, the CBI left the issue to the court for a final decision. But the Court insisted the parties file the arguments in writing.

The CBI in fact can recommend the cancellation of Jagan’s Bail. There is a talk that Chief Justice NV Ramana influence could prevail upon the courts indirectly.

There is also a talk that Jagan might bargain with the Modi-Shah jodi for continuing the bail. But Raghuram is very confident that the court will cancel the Bail for Jaganmohan Reddy.
Jagan was not coming to the court in the name of the Chief Minister.
