Andrew Flemming, Britan Dy High Commissioner at Hyderabad planted 2 saplings under Green India Challenge, initiated/lead by RS MP Joginpally Santosh Kumar.

He said that he planted saplings in response to the challenge given by the Former US Consul – General in Hyderabad, Karherine Hadda and MAUD Prl Secretary Arivind Kumar.

The Dy High commissioner nominated Nirmal Collector Musharraf Ali Faruqui, ADGP Women Safety Swati Lakra and Consular General of Afghanistan, Hyderabad Muhammad Suleman Kakar.

He asked them to take up the challenge at the earliest and plant saplings as the planet needs more trees. He also called upon all the other people whether nominated by him or not to participate in the record-breaking and fantastic initiative of the Green India Challenge.

He also said that his Britain Govt is going to host COP 26 Summit ie The United Nations Climate Change Conference this year which would bring the world leaders together in saving environment.
