Chiranjeevi merged the Praja Rajyam Party with Congress and was a central Minister for some time. Later he is away from politics and one of the senior Congress leaders announced that Chiru has got nothing to do with the Congress.
Chiranjeevi has miserably failed in running the political party and could not convert his popularity into votes. People came to him in large numbers but they never voted for Congress.
It is reported that the BJP leaders from Delhi are in touch with Chiranjeevi and have advised him to convince his brother the Kushi star Pawan Kalyan to merge with the BJP for a bright future in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
Pawan also failed in the last elections and could not get any seats. The BJP is ready to honour the Kushi star in a befitting manner. But it has to be given a green signal by the brother Chiranjeevi.
But Pawan is overconfident that he alone can win the AP, without any alliance. But that is very difficult. Caste and money rule the elections in Telugu states.
Now Prashant Kishore the poll strategist is planning to work for the TDP and the groundwork has already started. YSRC has won because of the strategy implemented by Prashant Kishore.
Now Prashant will work for the TDP. So the BJP can forget about winning the election in Andhra Pradesh.
