With lockdown and Corona, four movies made money in the first half of 2021. Now after lockdown half, a dozen movies are getting ready for release.

Vakeel Saab released with the comeback of Pawan Kalyan and collected around 100 crores. Now it is getting ready for another release in about 300 theatres.
The movie was on OTT for some time. The movie was produced by Dil Raju and he was very excited to do a movie with Pawan Kalyan. That was his life ambition.
Naveen Polishetty’s Jathi Rathnalu is another big hit in the first half. The film collected a revenue of over Rs. 35 Cr share at the box office. It was produced by Vyjayanthi movies of director Nag Ashwin.
Jathi Rathnalu was a super-duper comedy.
Uppena is another big hit in Tollywood this year. The film marked the debut of Vaishnav Tej and Krithi Shetty. The film scored an overall gross of over Rs. 100 Cr. It was supported by Mega family.
Ravi Teja’s Krack achieved blockbuster status. Krack is the first big Telugu release this year. The film minted heavy revenues at the box office.
Now the theatres were again closed due to Corona. This month they are supposed to be opened. The shootings have already resumed with Corona regulations.
