Chief Justice of India N.V. Ramana has visited Yadadri Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple today and offered special prayers to the lord along with his wife.
CJI NV Ramana along with his wife reached Yadadri temple by 9 am and worshipped the Lord here. He was given a welcome with Purnakumbahm by the Temple priests.
The CJI was accompanied by Ministers Jagadish Reddy and Endowments Minister Indrakaran Reddy. Later, he went around the Temple and inspected the new construction works going on the temple premises.
As per the itinerary, he will visit the temple city and returns to Hyderabad. Earlier, it was said that governor Tamilisai, CM KCR, High Court Chief Justice Hima Kohli would accompany the CJI but it got cancelled.
Ministers Indrakaran Reddy and Jagadish Reddy have welcomed the CJI. It is rumoured that the CJI might have suggested to keep his visit a very low profile event and that there was no need for the CM and the Governor to accompany him.
Earlier he was scheduled to visit Yadadri on Monday, but he was supposed to do the death anniversary of his father. That is the reason the trip was rescheduled for Tuesday.
