Prashant Kishore who said that he is retiring from being a poll strategist is all set to be the opposition candidate for the post of Prime Minister it is rumoured.
Prashant met Sharad Pawar and the meeting went on for about two hours. Stalin, Mamata and others are supporting the candidature of Prashant it is reported.
Prashant wants to take on Modi it looks like. He wants to ensure the support of KCR. Jagan the CM of AP is already with him. But how many of them will support Prashant openly against Modi is the question.
Right now all the opposition except for the Congress has confirmed the support to Prashant Kishore it is reported. Revanth on an individual basis is also supporting the former Poll strategist.
It will take some more time for the Poll strategist to come out in open over the matter. Right now he is for taking on Prime Minister Modi and the mighty BJP.
We have to see how far this proposal will go on. There is around three years time for the general election. Right now Modi is busy reshuffling the cabinet to suit the coming Assembly polls in the country. UP and Punjab are crucial for the future.
