Even after getting conditional bail from the Supreme Court Raghurama Krishanm Raju is still in the Secunderabad Army Hospital. Today is Saturday and next being Sunday, the orders from the Supreme Court about the ball will reach the CID only on Monday.
Till such time RRR will be in the Army hospital and will be considered as in the custody of CID. Legal experts say that some conditions in the bail are favouring RRR while some others are in favour the CID.
Meanwhile, the matter was referred to OM Birla the Speaker of LokSabha. The matter has been referred to a privilege committee in the Lok Sabha it is reported.
They will examine the complaint made by the family members of RRR in detail. Both Court and the Privilege committee will look into the issue of RRR and the CID of AP.
There is a talk that the charges levelled by the MP RRR have been proved to some extent as he was granted bail by the Supreme Court. The court also clarified that the charges are not that severe where the custody of RRR is required.
Now RRR is not permitted to speak in the media. But this judgement has come as a big blow to the Jagan Government and the CID police. Meanwhile the case filed by RRR against Jaganmohan Reddy the CM is pending.
There is a talk that the Union Home Minister Amit Shah is in touch with the family members of RRR. RRR now is prepared to go to any extent against the CM Jagan.
