The Supreme Court Bench has revealed that there are injuries on the feet of MP Ragurama Kishnam Raju. There is a fracture and a bone is found to be broken in one of the feet according to ot the medical report from the Army Hospital of Secunderabad.

Mukul Rohatgi the Lawyer for Raju said that the report reveals that RRR was beaten up in the custody of AP CID. The Supreme Court questioned CID Lawyer Dave if the injuries were self-inflicted by RRR on his own.

When Dave asked for an adjournment of the case to Monday, the Court said that it will be decided today itself. The medical report given by Army Hospital has been mailed to both parties by the Court.

Mukul Rohatgi said that the report from the Army hospital proves that the MP was beaten up by the CID police. He said that if this is the status of an MP what about a common man in police custody.

Rohatgi charged that Raghurama the MP was tortured in police custody. Justice Nitin from Supreme Court stated that there is general oedema to RRR and one of his foot was fractured.

Mukul Rohatgi wanted the case to be given to the CBI and that bail should be granted to the MP Raju at the earliest. The report in the Army hospital was videographed for transparency and there no question of a mistake or a manipulation.

Nara Lokesh the General secretary of the TDP demanded that CM Jagan must resign for beating up the MP in police custody.
