The AP Government has filed an FIR against the YSRC MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju under various cases and that he was trying to up the communal passion.
On the other hand, RRR has filed a petition in the court that his arrest was illegal and that he may be granted Bail. The issue will come up in the court at 1.30 PM it is reported.
RRR was picked up by the CID sleuths in plainclothes from Hyderabad and was moved to Vijayawada in a vehicle. The police did not allow the vehicle of RRR and also the CRPF security given by the centre.
The CID charged that the media channels were hand in Glove with RRR in whipping the communal passion in the name case creed and community.
The family members of RRR stated that he was arrested illegally and that he was having a heart problem. He should be given proper medical care.
RRR has been giving interviews for media channels and speaking against the YSRC Government. He has filed a petition against the CM also claiming that he is a mad man.
The AP CID has filed a complaint in Mangalagiri police station. He was arrested in his house from Hyderabad and bundled into a car to Vijayawada.
