Superstar Mahesh Babu, Director Vamsi Paidipalli and producer Dil Raju that they got the National Award for the movie Maharshi. The idea behind the movie was that people must do agriculture and give the due recognition to the farmers.
Dil Raju that they are very happy with the award and that makes him more responsible to produce such kind of movies which have a message to the people in general. The message is universal that people must give respect to agriculture.
Vamsi was thrilled to pieces that his direction was recognised and the movie got what it deserved. The people liked it first and now the jury liked it.
His dream is fulfilled. Jersey was also awarded by the jury at the 67nth National film awards and it was also produced by Dil Raju. So it is a double bonanza for Raju.
Now Jersey is being done in Hindi by Boney and Raju together. The film is ready for release. Speaking to the media Raju opined that it was the right decision taken by him to make Jersey for the National audience.
Dil Raju has been very right in choosing the stories and making movies. He knows what people need for entertainment. Perhaps making a movie with VV Vinayak as hero was the wrong decision made by Raju.
