The TDP President Achannaidu has been arrested in a threatening case. The police have arrested Achchan saying that he has threatened the YSRCP leaders for the Panchayat elections.
Achannaidu was arrested in Nimmada and was shifted to Kotabommali police station. Apart from a threatening case, a returning officer has also filed a case against Naidu.
But the TDP leaders have charged that the police were acting against the TDP leaders and not acting against the YSRCP leaders. They demanded that the people from both the parties must be arrested.
Both the TDP and the YSRCP leaders are taking the election very seriously and the YSRCP is trying to make most the election process as unanimous.
Meanwhile the nominations are not being done on the online basis. The SEC has ordered for nominations to be filed on line. But that is not happening.
The YSRC leaders are not allowing the TDP leaders to file nominations. The hungama is more than that of an MLA election this time. The YSRC is worried that they might lose some Panchayats.
Now the SEC is focusing on the online nominations.
