Senior BJP leader Subramanya Swamy charged that the TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu could be behind the Temple destruction. He complemented Jagamohan Reddy the CM of AP for handing over the accounts of the TTD to CAG.
The YSRC Government had ordered CID enquiry into the beheading of Rama Idol at Ramatheertham. The BJP leaders were on an agitation at Ramatheertham that they must be allowed into the Temple to see the Lord Rama statue.
The BJP chief of AP Veerraju and MLC were arrested today by the police while they were on agitation. Jagan on the other hand will be laying foundations for the Temple that were demolished during the TDP regime.
More than 100 temples were desecrated by vested interests in the recent times hurting the sentiments of the Hindus in general. Some Swamijis have condemned the attitude of the Government for not acting against the Temple destruction in AP.
